Results of HB 417 in the Senate
FOR WE WALK BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT. 2 CORINTHIANS 5:7
Greetings Everyone!
I would like to thank everyone for praying and fasting if that was one of you for HB 417 to either pass the Senate in Delaware or simply do God’s will not ours. I would also like to thank Representative Dukes for being patient with me, and for even profiling this bill as it is a bill of much magnitude.
I continue to thank our father in heaven, and my spiritual community that has been built as I continue to be obedient. It does make the journey easier when people lend an ear and pray with me.
We all know we have many pedophiles in our government and if you do not, I suggest you do your research or go back and read some of the information I have given to you in this spiritual journey. I also have a video near the bottom of this article of a dear friend’s testimony you may want to listen to. It will help you understand the secret societies.
I must say I was not excited to hear the outcome of the bill, but I am trusting the process in this spiritual journey and continue to walk by faith not by sight.

On June 30th, Representative Dukes text me around 7 PM and stated that some of the Senators on the “Democrat” side were having some problems. They felt there had not been enough time that the bill was going to be flushed out. He was waiting for confirmation and if it did not pass it will be the first bill that he will profile in January.
I informed him that this legislation should be a no brainer but makes sense the devil is always in the details. I informed him that Child USAdvocacy has stated if they do not pass tonight, it is pretty much of them committing suicide against our children, and that we would be putting the bill in prayer in the courtroom.
Representative Dukes informed me he was assured earlier that day that everything was fine and had just received a text. He had someone reach out to a former Delaware State Senator Karen Peterson to see if she could intervene.
Karen Peterson, I knew of prior through having meetings with Child USA. I believe she helped with reforming and enforcing statute of limitation laws in Delaware when Dr. Earl Bradley was finally caught and prosecuted.
The bill was then tabled, and Senator Brian Pettyjohn spoke in reference to it. Senator Pettyjohn supports the bill now, but before in my meeting with him he left me hanging and had no interest and passed it to former Representative Ruth Briggs King who has since left and did nothing either. And if you watched my whistleblower event, we should all know he in my opinion from my lived and breathed testimony is a complete Rhino. It makes me sad, but God is in control. He uses our pain for his purpose!
I still have prayed for him, and spoke to Senator Pettyjohn, but he is not receiving. I have even asked to meet with him through emails and sent him a loving card from God. He has our post exchange I hand delivered to him from the Human Trafficking forum where I spoke at the link below and had no plans of speaking. The spirit came upon me. I was only attending to give him our post exchange with him viewing my LinkedIn account and a thoughtful card. This post exchange was the same day I was brought in for questioning by my Educational Institution, which in my opinion felt more like an interrogation and pure intimidation. The enemy is never creative.
This is the link where I speak to Senator Pettyjohn. This never made the media just like my “Whistleblower Event”, but the local media asked others who I was. Media that had interviewed me before, but their superiors censored. And there were others in the crowd a part of the governing body that should have been very concerned. Not one person reached out. When there is corruption, many are involved. Trust me God is working on this as well. It is the opposition, adversity, and perseverance we must get through for the miracles to come. We cannot create the miracle. It is on his timing. I am the last person to speak at 2:01.
It would be an amazing world if more people could swallow their pride, develop humility, humble themselves and take responsibility for their actions and their outcomes. That is how we grow and walk out our faith and do what is right in love and truth. That is true repentance and then do what God calls you to do for the kingdom.
I will comment I did not like how Senator Pettyjohn stated that my compelling story is my ordeal. I want the public to know this is a national movement and we have so much more to do to protect our children and vulnerable adults. If this were about me, I would have stopped a long time ago. I know who is working in me, and I have no idea what he is doing, but you just keep taking those steps he calls you to do.
Passing a bill like this will help numerous victims in Delaware if they choose to come forward, expose perpetrators, and institutions and organizations that covered it up.
I expressed to Representative Dukes that I have some other moving parts going on with this and I am going to continue being obedient no matter what and trust God. I did inform him that it gets frustrating the devil in the details and being harassed the last few years has not been fun, but nothing like what Jesus went through.
I stated to him I have been doing this for a while now, and I needed to vent. They all go to session for months, and then they wait till the very last day to push a bunch of bills through, and nobody really cares at this point. They just want to go home and be done. For them to claim to not have enough time to flush it out, simply not true. They just wait till the end. And truly worried about their own secret societies being exposed.
I also stated to him that at some point the Democrat Senators should be questioned as far as specifically what they need? And in my head which Rhinos?! This is happening all over the United States. It should be mandated legislation. And then they need to be asked what would they do if this happened to their child?
Representative Dukes was informed that when the Democrats got in caucus there was some concern that the bill had not received a committee hearing because it came out the next to the last week before it ended. And of course, this is the BIG ONE some school districts and private schools FELT THERE SHOULD BE SOME TYPE OF SAFEGUARDS PUT IN THE BILL!
I thanked him for what he had done, and that I appreciated it. I informed him that I am praying and moving forward being obedient. And the last question I gave to him to take back with him was “Why are we safeguarding schools?” So sick. Especially when we now know the institutions and organizations are the next in line for this evil after the family institution being first.
Dr. Earl Bradley is another institutional satanic evil! All the signs were there, and many covered for his sexual perversion that he infiltrated in our state.
As we all know most of the institutions and organizations are more concerned about being sued than our children. I am a living, breathing testimony of that. To me, that is what they pay insurance for. And it is called, do your job! Instead of keeping things hidden, we should be giving people a chance at justice and allow them to heal when they are ready. It drives me insane broken people making decisions for us that have no reason doing so and allies in the government that protect the pedophiles.
I do believe at some point the Lord will have me write a book or two and do something to help other victims. In the meantime, I will be praying, trusting, and being obedient. My next steps have already come. Trusting HIM!

Her own father tortured and raped her along with his network. She is a survivor of Satanic Ritual Abuse. The SRA abuse was worse than being the victim in a horror movie. And of course, pray for this country especially after this weekend. We need revival, reformation, and more than anything repentance so our father in heaven can come rescue and bless our nation. We are living in some dark times. Be the LIGHT!
